When Paul joined John Cavanagh Real Estate as a consultant in January 2000, his past experience in sales enabled him to quickly
make the transition to selling real estate.
Joining his brother John as part of the sales team Paul immediately gained an excellent rapport with all clients.
Paul thrives on a challenge and has proven this with a distinguished football umpiring career, including several country Grand Finals
and experience at SANFL level.
Paul is happily settled in Millicent with his wife Gladys. With his willingness and determination to
get results, Paul is eager to facilitate all buyers and sellers.

Gladys Roemer
Sales Consultant
Gladys is married to Paul and has been a Millicent resident for the last 7 years. She has completed her studies to become a
registered sales consultant and has settled into the position with ease.
Gladys has an easy going friendly nature and is able to assist clients with all their Real Estate needs. Having purchased
and sold a number of properties in the past, Gladys is able to provide clients with a wealth of knowledge and experience.

Katrina Snook
Office Administrator
Katrina joined the John Cavanagh Real Estate team in May 2009, coming from the retail and financial industry. She brings
with her a high level of professionalism and customer service, with a keen eye for detail. Katrina is involved in
marketing and assisting the sales team.
She is self motivated and has a desire to succeed in any challenge put to her, having bought, sold, and built a number of
properties. She has a good understanding of the property market and a vast knowledge of the local area and community.
Katrina has lived in Millicent all her life and is married with two children.

Lisa Hales
Property Manager
Lisa joined the John Cavanagh Real Estate team in April 2008. With a vast knowledge of computer software, Lisa
excelled into her position as Office Administrator and in February 2009 she was appointed to the position of
Property Manager.
After working in the hospitality industry for more than 3 years, Lisa gained an understanding of people & how
to deal with difficult situations as they may arise.
Lisa strives to get results and with great people skills she has the aptitude to take on whatever situation may
be asked of her. Since working for John Cavanagh Real Estate Lisa has developed an understanding of the
real estate trade which continues to challenge her every day.
Lisa was born and has lived in Millicent all of her life and has a vast knowledge of the local community.
She is a member of the Millicent Netball & Basketball Associations and has a large circle of family and friends.
